• Monitors environmental standards: temperature, humidity, static pressure, lighting, power and phase loss, feed augers, wind speed and direction.
  
• Regulates environment via automated variable-speed fans, misters, air inlet motors, curtains, cool cell and fan staging and control, including AEI environmental control algorithm that reacts to changing conditions quickly and efficiently.
  
• Provides high and low temperature alerts, other environmental alarm conditions, power failure and communication alarms.
  
• Manages feed and water distribution and monitors consumption, ensuring optimum bird performance.
  
• Monitors egg flow rates for each house anf adjusts collector speed to ensure consistent flow.
  
• Minimizes cross-belt stops, ensuring a minimum of cracks and checks.
  
• Counts eggs by house, cage row, cage and belt, and activates "low egg count" alarms maximize processing efficiency.
