How Integra Works
Integra monitors and controls multiple houses and egg flow for
an entire complex, including:
- Monitoring temperature zones and controling inlets, fans, coolers,
and heaters to maintain target temperatures
- Automatic lighting and feeding with flexible scheduling
- Monitoring feed and water consumption and bin inventories
- Counting eggs and controling collector speeds to optimize grader
and/or breaker production
- Splitting egg collection by 2 or 3 to preserve collector motors
during heavy egg flow (A/B/C Split Mode)
- Allowing operators to view house conditions and control house
variables from touch screen in each house
- Monitoring and setting process flow and production settings
- Viewing trend data of house information
- Diagnosing system problems and hardware issues
Details of equipment:
- All components are able to withstand dust, dirt, and high humidity
and ammonia levels
- Inlet Control Units maintain static pressure while balancing
temperatures throughout the house
- Feeder Control Units activate feeders and alerts if feed levels
are low
- Processing Station interfaces with cross-belt controls, graders,
packers, and breakers to ensure efficient egg flow
- Quality Station assists in HAACP compliance
- Deluxe Backup provides full control if computer system fails
Each system is custom designed to your specirfications with some or
all of this equipment, based on your current needs, budget and operating
requirements. |
