Integra Overview
Successfully controlling chicken house and egg processing for over 20 years, the Integra software is based on the original computer control that has provided stability for many egg producers.
The Integra software combines flexibility, strength and stability:
- Backed by excellent professional support available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
- Convenience of "Point and click" control for the entire system, increasing flexibility and efficiency.
- Monitors environmental standards: temperature, humidity, static pressure, lighting, power and phase loss, feed augers, wind speed and direction.
- Regulates environment via automated variable-speed fans, misters, air inlet motors, curtains, cool cell and fan staging and control, including AEI environmental control algorithm that reacts to changing conditions quickly and efficiently.
- Provides high and low temperature alerts, other environmental alarm conditions, power failure and communication alarms.
- Manages feed and water distribution and monitors consumption, ensuring optimum bird performance.
- Monitors egg flow rates for each house anf adjusts collector speed to ensure consistent flow.
- Minimizes cross-belt stops, ensuring a minimum of cracks and checks.
- Counts eggs by house, cage row, cage and belt, and activates "low egg count" alarms maximize processing efficiency.
